Delete your Merjd AI account

Merjd AI is provided by Brants AI Inc. Deleting your account is permanent.
In the app
- Open Merjd AI and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
By email
Write to info@merjd.ai from the address you signed up with. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
Your account and sign-in, conversations, files, generated media, memories and settings. Unused credits expire.
What we keep
Invoices and payment records, for as long as tax law requires, up to ten years.
